Tennessee Valley, Marin County |

Five miles north of the Golden Gate at the foot of Mt. Tamalpias, the Tennesseee Valley is nestled between rolling hills
covered in wildflowers with spectacular views of the Pacific and San Francisco. The beach is popular destination for
families on sunny days. Our meeting will be on windswept Hill 88, a bizarre abandoned cold war facility with views from
the Golden Gate to far into the Pacific.

Directions: From the Golden Gate Bridge travel north on Highway 101 about five miles to the CA Highway 1 Exit
towards Stinson Beach/Mill Valley. Follow north 1/2 mile and turn left on Tennesseee Valley Road (no light). Stay to the
right and continue to end of the road. Parking is free but can fill on nice days so you may need to park along the road
and walk to the trailhead.
DRIVE TIME: 1 hour 15 mins PARKING FREE. DOGS NOT PERMITED on some trails or on beach.
