The Place

Monte Bello, Italian for "beautiful mountain" is part of the Midpeninsula Open Space Distric. It is a place of rolling grasslands, dense creek side forests, with spectacular vistas.

Walking the Walk

We will be taking the White Oak Trail to Canyon Trail to Indian Creek Trail to Old Ranch Trail to Bella Vista Trail to Canyon Trail to White Oak Trail and to Stevens Creek Nature Trail.-

Directions

From San Jose take 280 north, exit Page Mill Road. Drive west on Page Mill about 7 miles, to the preserve entrance on the left side of the road (about 1 mile east of Skyline Boulevard).

Travel time from San Jose: Approximately 45 minutes

No Dogs Allowed
Dress appropriately, layers are suggested
Restrooms - Only available in the parking lot
