!! NOTE !! The Fourth of July retreat in Sequoia National Park is full and we have an 8 person waiting list. Those of you who have NOT paid are on the waiting list until you have paid. The Place


The Preserve offers a remarkably varied landscape that includes ridge vistas, expansive meadows, a pond for nature study, and a quiet lake frequented by migrating birds.

Walking the Walk

We'll start at the Skyline Ridge Open Space trailhead on the RIGHT. There are a lot of trails that loop around and connect to each other after a short hike. We will follow several trails all along the ridge and to the bottom of the canyon.


Getting There

Directions: From San Jose: Take Hwy 17 to 85 South. Take Saratoga Exit and make a left and follow Saratoga to Hwy 9. Take Hwy 9 for 7 miles to the intersection of 9 and 35 (Skyline Blvd). Make a right on 35 and drive for 6 miles to Skyline Ridge parking lot on your right hand side.

Drive Time 45 to 60 minutes - Parking Free - Dogs Not allowed
